HOW IT WORKS
Bring any deal you want reviewed:
- Properties you're actively considering
- Deals you're unsure about
- Properties you've already analyzed but want a second opinion
- Even deals you passed on (great learning opportunities!)
What to prepare:
- Property address and basic details
- Purchase price and estimated repair costs
- Your analysis (ARV, rent estimates, cash flow projections)
- Specific questions or concerns you have
- Photos if available
