It’s time to start thinking about what we want our 2025 to look like. Here are 10 questions I use to for my vision for the next year:
1. What are the most meaningful accomplishments I achieved this year, and why do they matter to me?
2. Where did I fall short, and what lessons can I take from those experiences?
3. What areas of my life—family, career, health, finances, or personal growth—need the most attention next year?
4. How do I want to improve as a father, husband, or partner in the coming year?
5. What habits or behaviors are holding me back, and how can I work to change them?
6. Who are the people I want to invest more time and energy in next year, and why?
7. What skills or knowledge do I want to gain or refine in the next 12 months?
8. What does success look like for me in 12 months, and how will I measure it?
9. What is one bold or uncomfortable step I need to take to move closer to my long-term vision?
10. How will I maintain balance and prioritize self-care while pursuing my goals?
