@Toby DeMoss and all members, I hope everyone is doing great! I have a "simple" question. I have a book that is doing really well, selling around 10–20 copies a day, and I feel this could be THE BOOK! So I'm wondering how I can scale its sales as much as possible. I'm willing to invest $10K–$15K in ads if there's an opportunity to grow, but here's where I'm struggling. Over the past two years, I've had good-selling books, but I could never figure out how to scale their advertising. For example, I might have 5 campaigns, each with a daily budget of $50–$100, but none of them would spend its full daily budget. Increasing the budgets didn't necessarily bring more impressions, clicks, or sales. I've also tried expanding targeting to different angles, such as "gifts for...", "gifts under $15", "stocking stuffers", etc. Some of these keywords actually generated sales, but I still couldn't get my campaigns to spend significantly more. I vaguely remember that increasing bids or expanding targeting sometimes brought less relevant clicks that didn't convert, but I'm not entirely sure whether this was directly related to increasing the budget. Just to give you some numbers: - Royalty per book: around $3.25. - Average ad spend per sale: around $3.52. - Organic sales: normally around 30%, but last month they went up to 50%. So, the book isn't particularly profitable from advertising alone, but it has proven demand, and organic sales are growing. My question is: How do you actually scale a book like this? If I'm willing to spend $500 a day, but Amazon isn't spending the budgets I already have, what am I missing? How do you unlock more traffic and sales without simply attracting irrelevant clicks? I'd really appreciate hearing your experiences and suggestions!
