Mastering this skill has proven to give athletes the best chance to spend more time in their A-Game and less time in their B-Game, AND can be taught to anyone. Not only is this the greatest skill to optimise performance and output but it also an antidote to burnout and procrastination. We don't do that in our A-Game.
