🏆 End-of-Year PurposePreneur Body & Energy Challenge

🚀 From now until December 31st, 2025, we’re running a community-wide challenge built around health, discipline, and identity alignment.

I’m personally committing to hit these targets by my birthday (Dec 5th) and stay consistent through the year’s end:

⚖️ Weight: 168–170 lbs

💪 Muscle Mass: 143–145 lbs

🔥 Body Fat %: 12–14% range

⏳ Metabolic Age: Lock in 40-41 as I turn 42

👉 I’ll be tracking all of this daily with my Renpho smart scale (you can grab it on Amazon for ~$25 USD). It gives instant feedback on weight, muscle mass, body fat, water %, and metabolic age. No excuses — just data.

How the Challenge Works

1. Get a Renpho Scale or smart scale (optional but highly recommended).

2. Set Your 90-Day Goal — weight, body fat %, muscle %, metabolic age, energy target etc. Post it in the community.

3. Weekly Ritual — weigh in, snap your data, and share updates.

4. Accountability Check-ins — every Sunday we’ll do a “Progress Pulse” thread.

5. Celebrate Wins — share your before/after stats on Dec 31st + scale screenshot or body pic!

Why This Matters

This isn’t about vanity metrics.

It’s about proving to ourselves that discipline beats motivation, that identity drives results, and that we can close the year stronger than we started.

If I can shave years off my metabolic age, grow muscle while cutting fat, and hit my ideal range at 42 ,you can absolutely crush your version of this.
