Push your limits - Just ran 32.7km (20 miles) in one go
(Credit to Coach Alex) 2 months ago, I could barely run 2 miles. But I showed up every day, ran slowly, pushed myself through pain, and grew. It wasn't about the mileage, but rather self-mastery. To build that stack of evidence that you are who you say you are, disciplined, unrelenting, and growth-minded, able to achieve all the goals you set your sights on. By mile 14, my legs were burning up. I ran with a slight limp, exhausted after running out of water. I was completely dehydrated by mile 16, feet hurting with every step. My heart rate skyrocketed as my body desperately tried to provide sufficient oxygen after the loss of blood volume due to dehydration. But I persisted, chunked each mile into small half-mile chunks, and carried on. Constantly reminding myself that without pain, there cannot be growth. And magically, I kept my head up, shoulders relaxed. I stopped thinking of the discomfort as pain, and instead embraced it. My pace picked up again, and after 5 gruelling hours, crossed the 20 mile mark. I was trotting along the path at 30min/mile at times. That day, I casted 10,000 votes to my 2.0 self. Ignore the outcomes, focus on the inputs. That's what you have control over. These 20 miles I ran at a horrible pace, especially towards the end, but my physicality is something I can always improve. But running this distance proved to me that I can be extraordinary if I choose to. I'm only getting started, and this marathon is only 11 days away. I'm nervous, but also excited. Even if I don't finish in time, I will still run the entire distance. I'll make a long post about my experiences then. We all have demons that we're fighting every day, and i'm busy fighting mine's as well. But even now I know for sure, we're all capable of so, so much more.

OMG, David Goggins energy 101 ... thanks a lot for sharing man! I red your post while listening to The soundtrack of Interstellar (Cornfield chase - Hans zimmer) and my arms hair spiked, with a boost of adrenaline, with the URGE of facing PAIN right away lol ... So thanks, now I'm smilling with the idea of jumping in that cold shower ... LET'S GOOOO !!!

🏆 End-of-Year PurposePreneur Body & Energy Challenge
🚀 From now until December 31st, 2025, we’re running a community-wide challenge built around health, discipline, and identity alignment. I’m personally committing to hit these targets by my birthday (Dec 5th) and stay consistent through the year’s end: ⚖️ Weight: 168–170 lbs 💪 Muscle Mass: 143–145 lbs 🔥 Body Fat %: 12–14% range ⏳ Metabolic Age: Lock in 40-41 as I turn 42 👉 I’ll be tracking all of this daily with my Renpho smart scale (you can grab it on Amazon for ~$25 USD). It gives instant feedback on weight, muscle mass, body fat, water %, and metabolic age. No excuses — just data. How the Challenge Works 1. Get a Renpho Scale or smart scale (optional but highly recommended). 2. Set Your 90-Day Goal — weight, body fat %, muscle %, metabolic age, energy target etc. Post it in the community. 3. Weekly Ritual — weigh in, snap your data, and share updates. 4. Accountability Check-ins — every Sunday we’ll do a “Progress Pulse” thread. 5. Celebrate Wins — share your before/after stats on Dec 31st + scale screenshot or body pic! Why This Matters This isn’t about vanity metrics. It’s about proving to ourselves that discipline beats motivation, that identity drives results, and that we can close the year stronger than we started. If I can shave years off my metabolic age, grow muscle while cutting fat, and hit my ideal range at 42 ,you can absolutely crush your version of this. Call to Action 📲 Drop your end-of-year goal below (weight, muscle, or energy). 💡 If you’re serious, grab the Renpho scale so we’re tracking on the same system. 🔥 Let’s make this the most aligned, disciplined, and powerful finish to the year yet.

VIDS 7-8✨ My Story + My Matrix Escape Philosophy ✨
Hey PurposePreneurs, I just dropped 2 new vids that I actually filmed over a year ago. Watching them back now, I see how much I’ve evolved, not just as a coach, but as a man, a husband, and a PurposePreneur. 📺 Video 1 — My Full Story:From growing up in Quebec with a rock-and-roll childhood → chasing money & passive income in Colombia → to finally discovering my true mountain as a life & business coach. 📺 Video 2 — Escaping the Matrix:My philosophy on the system we live in: consumerism, dopamine addiction, and autopilot living. Plus, the exercise that became the seed of what is now our North Star GPT. 👉 These two videos together show both my personal journey and the philosophy behind the PurposePreneur Movement. * Instead of using the old worksheet mentioned in the Matrix video, go to our North Star GPT inside the GPT Vault. Run through the prompts, clarify your mission, and then share your North Star with us. 💬 Comment below once you’ve watched both videos: What part of my story or philosophy resonates the most with YOUR current journey?

Introducing Myself
Hello everyone, Alex invited me to join this group and to introduce myself. My name is Thomas, and I have a day job with an HR company. I have always been a very creative person, and playing music has been an integral part of my life for over 25 years. Another one of my creative passions is knitting, which I fell into originally to impress a woman back in 2010. She didn't seem to care, but I realized how much fun the craft is and have been keenly doing it ever since. My goal is to make a business selling my pattern designs and teaching courses. I attached my most recent creation: an old school knit Ninja Turtle action figure. I'm sure anyone 35 and up will recognize the toy it is based on. I also attached a fun stop motion animation I made with my knit skateboarder design. I hope you enjoy it, and I look forward to being a part of this group!
