Start Here: How to Use This Free Community
You are currently in The Clarity Room, the free tier of The Prosperity Lab. The purpose here is simple: give you enough clarity to make an informed decision about if, when, and how you should build a business. Your success here is not measured by revenue. It is measured by the quality of your decisions. ### This is a clarity environment Inside this tier: - You learn what realistic business paths exist for you. - You assess your skills, time, and energy honestly. - You observe how others are building. - You decide what makes sense for you. Execution, speed, accountability, live coaching, and implementation support sit in the Builders Room (paid). The Clarity Room exists so that if you ever choose to upgrade, it is a logical decision—not an emotional impulse. ### Your job: decide, not execute While you're here, focus on: - Understanding the game (business models, money flows, required work). - Understanding yourself (leverage, constraints, appetite for risk and effort). - Choosing a path that fits your reality. Do NOT worry about: - Perfect branding. - Advanced funnels. - Ads, complex tech, or scaling problems. Those are execution questions. You are working on a decision question. ### The correct order Move through the community in this sequence: 1. START HERE Read this post and the Welcome post so you know exactly what this room is and is not. 2. BUSINESS PATHS LIBRARY Read every path. Even if one stands out early, finish the full library so you can compare. 3. CLARITY EXERCISES Complete: - Leverage Inventory - Time & Energy Reality Check - Pick Your Path Decision Sheet 4. CASE STUDIES & PROOF Read how others are building, what changed for them, and what actions they took. 5. PLAYBOOKS (READ-ONLY PREVIEWS) Skim the previews to see how execution is structured inside the Builders Room. 6. WINS Share any clarity milestones: "I finally picked a path," "I realised this isn't the right season," etc. When you've done this, you will know whether to stay free, pause, or upgrade.

I did it, guys! First YouTube video posted!
I’ve been experimenting with AI prompts for my faceless YouTube channel on gambling harm minimisation, and today… I finally posted my first video! This project has been sitting in my drafts for a whole month. When I moved my files and CapCut couldn’t find the imported media, I honestly thought it was a sign to quit and just start again. Huge thank you to @Tayo Oriowo for showing me how to recover the missing media in CapCut! 🙌 I kept telling myself the video wasn’t perfect because it was my “AI training video.” But you know what? The moment I hit publish, I felt so proud of what I created imperfections and all. ✨ Sometimes done is better than perfect. ✨ Sometimes the win is simply starting. Please guys, watch, like, subscribe, and drop a comment. I’d really love to hear your thoughts! 💛📺🙏 Here's a link to my first video: https://youtu.be/Tt1Ly2pXQ8A?si=_6vPJ1B24uq7xRVh
1,000 emails equals $1,000
What would you do if you saw a bag filled with $20,000 notes that you can’t touch. The day I heard every email is worth a dollar years ago, I was shocked I didn’t understand why companies, marketers and everyone wanted emails When we started Syncskills years ago, we didn’t even collect emails from customers If someone texted me, I explained the program and if they don’t enroll that’s it Bye…even through he knew we could help It was a side hustle for me and I almost never followed up We did webinar for 2 years straight and the only reason we collected emails was just so we could send reminders I was reading a book last year after losing my $142k job and trying to understand deep marketing psychology to get my business right I found this hidden gem I realise most people don’t even know. Did you know that if you have 1,000 people in your list that’s $1,000+ That moment confused me… How? The author explained the concept of hunting vs farming Most businesses operate like a hunting ground, they present you something and they pressure you to buy If you don’t buy that’s it But farming is like planting a seed and watering Like businesses getting your email to send you relevant information (at least the good ones) It cost them money to send those emails But they treat every email like $1 minimum Because even if 1 customer buys a $1,000 product And the likelihood of you getting a customer from 1,000 list is high And wonder if you got 20% conversations That’s it But you must get the list the correct way These are some of the secrets of running a business most people don’t know Comment if you already know it or if it’s new to you Next time I might talk about how I got a list that I’m still sacred to use till today, even though it’s like watching a bag filled with $20,000 notes that can potentially be mine but isn’t If you want to learn side hustle business ideas you can start to implement for free..comment “side hustle” and I’d send you link to my community
