ANTs are Automatic Negative Thoughts. Dr. Daniel Amen named them. I built the
method for marching them out.
There are three steps.
Spot it.
Sing it.
Switch it.
I grew up in New York City with a playwright father and on food stamps. Theatre gave me
confidence before I had any reason for it. Music taught me that the fastest way to
change how I feel is to change what I am doing. That is where this method came from.
