The hardest kind of Showing Up
Hey team πŸ’›
Yesterday I had to make a tough call and cancel our live class. I can’t even tell you how hard that was for me β€” showing up for my people is something I take seriously. When I can’t, it hits deep.
But this is one of those moments where the lesson becomes the message.
Sometimes, showing up for yourself is the real work.
The truth is, my body hit a wall β€” migraines, vertigo, all the things β€” and it’s asking me to slow the train down for a few weeks so I can get back to being the coach, creator, and firecracker you know me to be.
I’ll be taking about three weeks to rest, reset, and treat what’s going on β€” but don’t worry, you’re not being left hanging. I’ll be posting some fresh content and light movement pieces for you to follow while I recover.
If there’s one thing I want you to take from this, it’s that self-respect sometimes looks like stillness.
That’s not quitting. That’s precision. πŸ’«
Thanks for being here, for your understanding, and for being part of this tribe that truly gets it.
We move again soon β€” stronger, wiser, and with a little extra gratitude for the days our bodies say β€œyes.”
