Preparation, Prayer & Peace ✝️
When my fiancé had some seizures right before I gave birth to our son, Malachi, I was exhausted, worried and helpless. I called out to Jesus and he met me there in the middle of the storm. He was calm, gentle, yet direct and taught me what I refer to as the "3 P's": -Preparation -Prayer -Peace First and foremost, I am to stay prepared; make sure he doesn't hurt himself, remember what I've researched. Second, stay in prayer, "talk to Me, tell Me, ask Me." And finally, ask for peace; we already have it, but "if you don't feel peace, ask Me and I will give it to you." These 3 P's are like salt, onion powder, and garlic powder. Should be applied to any situation; any recipe. I realized this when I was in labor with Malachi, practically rushed to a C-section. The birth had to happen. The seizure had to run its course. When God doesn't remove us from the situation, He's always in it with us. By being prepared, staying in prayer and asking for peace, we are more than conquerors ❤️🩹
