Right hand placement (Tremolo Picking/Alternating picking/Galloping)

Hey everyone! I've got a question/need some advice on right hand positioning, where do you place your hand?

I'm finding on the lower strings I'm losing control of my picking hand with tremolo, alt picking and galloping. I'm unsure if i'm placing my hand too high above the bridge or angling it to outwards or if it needs to float more (basically i'm stuck!) high strings i feel fine withs its just mainly the E (and A i guess)

Ive got some footage (even some live footage to see my natural positioning) to show, if anyone could help me as i feel completely stuck and unable to move forward if my technique isn't optimal (don't want to waste more years on a bad techniques!
