The Practice: A Container for Relational Repair
Knowing is not doing. Individual therapy teaches you about communication, but you cannot practice repair alone. The Practice is a structured, embodied container for those ready to move from passive healing to active reconnection.
As a Relational Repair Facilitator (BPsychSc), I provide the bridge between internal work and real-world integration. This is a space for the "cycle breakers", those navigating estrangement or fractured relationships who need a place to build the capacity for closeness.
The Core Pillars:
- Nervous System Regulation: Techniques to stay regulated during high-stakes conflict.
- Embodiment Work: Using movement and exercises to reclaim your voice and presence.
- Vulnerability Reps: Real-time exercises in eye contact, mirroring, and being seen.
- Radical Responsibility: Moving past blame and justice toward functional repair.
This is not therapy or mediation. This is The Practice. Take off the armor. Reclaim the connection.
