Running, running, running
I'm Running, running, running this morning, yet made time for my 10 min of meditation and 21 min of Smile Tai Chi. I'm smiling and my body is thanking me. The meditation helped to ground me and slow me down. The Tai Chi left my entire body feeling stretched and gently worked, and his smile is contagious. Making time for me sure feels good. 😁
