This month at The Portal, I'm hosting a Women's Circle built around something I know so many of us are quietly battling – often the ones who look like they've got it most together.
Deep. Self. Trust.
Not the surface-level "I believe in myself" kind. The real thing. The embodied kind. The kind that lets you make a decision without spiralling. The kind that lets you honour your own knowing, even when the world around you is telling you something different.

In this 2-hour circle we'll move through somatic release, nervous system regulation, sound healing, and soulful alignment, creating the space for you to come home to yourself.
This is for the woman who has been second-guessing herself, outsourcing her knowing, or feeling that quiet erosion of trust in her own voice.
