Isn’t a mental or emotional problem a nervous system problem? It’s something that is happening to our physical body. There is so much out there about how to regulate the body, but so many of us don’t have a relationship with our body enough to know if it is regulated or not. BUT it always starts with what makes us feel good, and for just about all of us, that is by being out in nature 🍃 hugging a tree, swimming in the ocean, watching a sunset or sunrise, and being with the people we love. This is all for a very good reason. It is meant to be like that. For the next week, is there one practice you could bring into your day, your week? And is there one thing you could put aside for just one day, one week, that doesn’t light you up? Beautiful ones, start there ✨🧚‍♂️🌊

You don’t need to have it all together. We often forget just how important it is to seek help, ask for guidance or reach out and work with someone new. We didn’t come here to do it alone, we came to do it together, to share our codes with each other.
