What is yours beautiful one?
This is something that I hear whispered when I work with many women. Why???
A woman will sometimes stumble across the stories she’s been telling herself all of her life, and when we dive deeper, she often starts to realise that they’re not true. She doesn’t actually love or not love the thing. Why??
Because she has heard this story from such a young age that she actually forgot it wasn’t hers.

Have you ever owned something from your childhood, only to realise it wasn’t yours at all? Instead, it was something you were told from a young age, and over time, you took it on as your own.
