One of the biggest shifts I see in women is realising they don’t actually need more information.
They don’t need another course.They don’t need another reading.They don’t need another sign from the Universe.
Most of the time they already know.
They know where they are out of alignment.They know where a boundary is needed.They know what feels heavy.They know what feels true.
The question becomes:
Will I honour what I know?
Self-trust isn’t built through knowing.
Self-trust is built when our actions begin to match our knowing.
