This weekend, I want you to try one thing.
Notice the moment you minimize yourself. It might be deflecting a compliment, staying quiet when you have something to say, or shrinking your needs so you don't inconvenience anyone.
Just notice it. Don't judge it. That reflex has a name — it's the voice that says I am not enough. And it runs quietly in the background until you shine a light on it.
Here's what I want you to practice instead: for one moment this weekend, respond to life as if you were already enough. Not when you've done more, achieved more, proven more. Right now. As you are.
That's not affirmation work. That's your soul correction.
