Which podcasts?

Hey folks

I have a question for you. I have recently done a whole slew of podcast interviews. It has been fun and I have learned quite a bit. But, I wonder about the reach--whether anyone is actually listening. Some podcasters give me feedback (for example one emailed me the day we went live to tell me that it had 1500 downloads in the first hour. He was excited. I was excited.) And I definitely saw that translate into sales of my book. But, that experience was the exception. I rarely hear back from podcasters about how the episode did. So my question is, how do you decide which podcasts to guest with? Any advice for me?
