EPIC Soul GOAL
My EPIC Soul Goal: To create a YouTube-ready video of a somatic activation - including music and narrative BY the 17th!! OMG I am nervous aha
Why this matters to me is that I love creating energy and believe it is so healing, and I have received phenomenal benefits from the practices learned during my 6-month course last year. I have not been engaged with it and miss it. I want to share the experience I have had with others because it's just AWESOME!
What it unlocks in my next level is grounding and ensuring that I am in my body/present as I will be practicing and providing that space for others!
Actions:
Friday: on the Train, I will map out the activation and start to think about music length, etc
Sunday: I have time blocked for 3 hours in the afternoon to really create and practice. The music will be picked. I will do the activation and film it, even if it's a rough draft.
