Heritage Poppies was created to honour remembrance, resilience, and enduring gratitude.
Bold poppy motifs rise from structured geometric borders, creating a blanket that feels powerful yet respectful — a true statement piece with meaning stitched into every row.
This design is worked primarily one colour per row using the mosaic overlay technique, with a third colour added using the Tapestry Method for the poppies. The structure is rhythmic and satisfying, and as the rows build, the imagery gradually emerges.
