I've gone back through every lesson in the Classroom and rewritten all 55 of them. Each lesson now follows the same pattern: the problem it solves, a prompt you can use today, how to check the result, what stays yours to decide, and one thing to do this week. The downloads have been redone to match. Several have new sections. The Tool Selection Matrix now has a page for your own tools, the Risk and Readiness Checklist covers ten areas instead of four, and the Premium builders now include the prompts the lessons point to. Ten lessons that mentioned a worksheet but didn't have one now do. If you downloaded anything before today, grab the new version from the lesson. The old files are gone. Start with whatever is closest to your week. And if something is unclear, or there's a part of ministry you want a lesson on, tell me in the comments. That's how I'll decide what to build next. Joe

Critique ideas respectfully. Share what worked so others can learn from it. Do not spam or self-promote without permission. Use AI as an assistant. Keep spiritual, pastoral, ethical, and high-stakes responsibility human.

What ministry work keeps costing you unnecessary time? Post real problems, recurring tasks, confusing processes, or work you wish were easier. Requests help shape future resources, but the community will prioritize repeated needs over adding a new resource for every individual request.
