someone finally explained why AI people undercharge so hard
been undercharging for my AI builds for ages and this kind of broke my brain. the point that stuck: agencies charge $50k for the same thing most of us do for $2k. same tech, they just position it as an 'AI employee' instead of a 'workflow'.
the 3 tiers he breaks down (starter $5-10k, standard $15-30k, enterprise $50k+) actually make sense once you frame it as a hire, not software.
