asking better questions
"why am I always drained, even after a full night’s sleep?"
"why do I feel guilty taking time for myself?"
"why does my job feel more overwhelming at times than fulfilling?"
if you’ve asked yourself these questions, you’re not alone. frontline healthcare workers give everything to their patients, but who’s looking out for you?
my coach once told me: the questions you ask shape your reality. keep asking disempowering questions, and you’ll stay stuck in exhaustion and overwhelm.
instead, try asking:
👉 "how can i take care of myself without feeling guilty?"
👉 "what small boundary can i set today to create work-life harmony?"
👉 "who can i turn to for support so i don’t carry this burden alone?"
these small shifts change everything.
