I realized I had aphantasia when I was meditating and they always were saying to picture things in my mind. At first I thought that they didn’t mean literally. But then I realized that other people can actually see it in their mind. That blew my mind! Since then I’ve been trying to help other people who have aphantasia and are on a manifestation journey by using numerology! What really helped me on my manifestation journey was discovering numerology. Because I can’t “visualize” things in my mind, I needed a different way to connect with my manifestations and numerology gave me an actual structure and energy to work with.
