You don’t need a perfect workout, a gym membership, fancy equipment, or hours of free time to take care of yourself. A 20-minute walk counts. 🚶‍♀️A few squats in your living room count. 💪Stretching before bed counts. 🧘‍♀️Choosing to move your body in any way counts. 💚 Consistency will always beat perfection. If you’ve been waiting for the “right time” to start, this is your reminder that small steps still move you forward. Every bit of movement is an act of self-care and a vote for the person you’re becoming.
