🚨 Community Notice & Friendly Reminder 🚨
Hi NPP Family 💙 We want to take a moment to share an important reminder as our community continues to grow. There are members within this Skool community who are not part of The Nonprofit Plug team but may occasionally post tips, tricks, services, or advice. While we love the collaborative spirit here, please note that these individuals have not been vetted by The Nonprofit Plug, and their services or recommendations are not endorsed by NPP. We will continue to monitor activity within the community, but we encourage everyone to use discernment and exercise caution when engaging in private conversations or exploring services that are outside of The Nonprofit Plug. ✨ Official NPP Team Members ✨ - Dr. Sharon Elefant - Nekia Allen - Christi McDaniel - Michael Clark - Rubi Burke If you ever have questions about services, offerings, or whether something is officially part of NPP, please feel free to ask or tag one of us directly. Thank you for helping us keep this space safe, supportive, and aligned. We truly appreciate each and every one of you and are so grateful for this community 💙 With love, The Nonprofit Plug Team
Ideas and Support Requests
“Hi everyone 💜 I’m currently building a nonprofit focused on supporting individuals in need through food, clothing, and job readiness services. One program I’m developing is providing free haircuts and grooming services for individuals preparing for job interviews, to help build confidence and increase employment opportunities. I would love to collaborate and hear from others: - Has anyone done something similar? - Any fundraising ideas to support this type of program? - Any advice on getting volunteers involved? I’m also open to connecting with anyone interested in partnering or supporting this initiative. Thank you!”

Nonprofit leaders, let’s talk about events. We talk about: • Why some nonprofit events drain your team instead of helping your mission • How to connect your events to real outcomes • What success should look like beyond attendance numbers • How to plan events that build community and sustainability Because a purposeful event doesn’t just bring people together — it moves the mission forward. 🎥 Watch the episode here 💬 Let’s discuss: What is one event your nonprofit hosts every year, and how do you measure its impact? Drop it in the comments 👇
