Today’s Startup Rule: Don’t Build First — Pre-sell First
Most founders waste months building something nobody asked for. The faster way is to pre-sell: prove someone will pay before you write code.
Simple process:
  1. Pick one painful problem + clear customer
  2. Write a one-page offer (who it’s for, outcome, price, timeline)
  3. Talk to 10 people
  4. Ask for a paid pilot (or deposit)If nobody pays, you just saved months.
You don’t need a product to validate. You need a buyer.
