ACOTAR Inspired healing...
Discover the magic and the shadows of your postnatal transformation.... Motherhood is its own trial by fire. Like Feyre stepping into the fae world, we too cross thresholds that change us forever. In the Court of Mothers and Shadows, we explore the hidden sides of postpartum — the rage, the grief, the power. This free journey is your initiation into the Shadow Mama Court. Feyre’s journey from mortal girl to High Lady mirrors our own initiation into motherhood. But beyond the roses lies the shadow — the Dark Mother archetype, fierce and unapologetic. This free ACOTAR‑inspired program helps you explore the shadow emotions of postpartum and reclaim your power. Often, myth and story telling mirror the archetypes found in human's psyche, by exploring the themes and narratives of the ACOTAR's heroine character, Feyre shows us how to harness all the aspects of femininity and we especially weave in the Dark Mother archetype that is suppressed in the western individualistic society. Have you read ACOTAR - which court do you identify with? Or Character?

ACOTAR Inspired healing...
Welcome to new member!
Welcome to the Night Court of the Dark Mother - where we explore the shadow archetype of the Mother and how that shows up for us in our lives. It could be when we are snappy, frustrated, feeling resentful or fed up. I believe these are normal feelings to experience, especially because we are made to parent in unsupported and isolated ways - and we have the unique pressures of modern living to deal with to boot. Sometimes I feel as though I am healing from my own stuff while parenting at the same time and just surviving the busy days and it doesn't feel like I can get it right. Someone or something is always missing out and the To Do list is piling up! So, I make meaning through exploring story and narratives, to understand, to support myself with ways that can work with my busy day to day life, that have a big impact but take little time or energy. Somatic Dance has been an incredibly deep healing modality I have explored the past 10 years along with counseling studies and a constant search for deeper meaning for why I struggle in various ways, especially as a parent! I see my story and other Mama's reflected in many films, books and mythologies that explore these themes around The Mother archetype and I hope you enjoy the ACOTAR inspired journey ahead. And I hope you find a piece in this community that lands for you, I hope you find understanding and support and ways that work for you too. The program is split into 3 days but you can go at your own pace. It would be great to see you on our Reclamation Day on the 9.2.26 at 1pm - Here on Skool. I will email closer to then and if you have any questions, please reach out! Georgia
