Feeling stuck sucks. It’s overwhelming, exhausting and keeps us in a pattern of flight or fight. We can’t relax but we can’t seem to gain traction . We’re afraid to change because we think “I’m not good enough” , everything has to be planned out and perfect before sharing or we think it’s already been done.
