CHA DAO TEA CEREMONY
Join us on Sunday, 15 February from 2-3:30 pm at The Tea House for a special Lunar New Year Cha Dao Tea Ceremony with Ai-Ling @blueapocalypse.
An invitation to take a pause on the final weekend of the Year of the Snake and reflect on what to release from the year past and make space for the year ahead - stepping into the year of the Horse with awakened presence.
Living organic Chinese tea will be shared as a plant medicine in the ritual of ceremony, with each bowl providing a meditative experience to cultivate inner harmony, mindfulness and connection.
There will be a few moments at the end for discussion, reflection and questions.
An intimate experience, limited to 10 tea guests.
