Do you ever question whether you're actually progressing or not?
I'm sure this is something we all do from time to time... or maybe even day to day for some people ๐Ÿ˜…
The thing I find most useful for this is to completely take the emotion out of however you're measuring your progression.
> Look at your strength progress ๐Ÿ’ช
> Take measurements every few weeks โฐ
> Take check-in photos weekly ๐Ÿ“ท
> Look at your body composition vs bodyweight โš–๏ธ
These are the main ways I judge whether I'm making progress or not.
Take the emotion out of it, and don't get wound up purely based off what the scale says, or what your immediate reactions are when you see your check-in photos.
Chances are, if you're in a surplus and your lifts are increasing then you're probably growing! It's just a very slow process.
What are your favourite ways of judging progress?
