Thinking Patterns are the internal reasoning that produces your behaviour. Before you act, you interpret. You assume. You predict outcomes. Most of this happens so fast you never notice it's happening at all.
Here's the honest diagnosis: Many of us are trying to change our behaviour without ever touching the thinking underneath it. That's why the same patterns keep resurfacing, no matter how many times we "try harder."
The belief we hold: Your thinking can change, because Allah gave you the capacity to reflect, not just react.
