Last week we asked: Who Are You? This week we go deeper into one half of the answer, Your Behavioural Patterns.
Attitude isn't a mood. It's built from two things, and this week is about the first: What you actually do, on repeat, without thinking about it.
Here's the honest part. Most of us think our behaviour reflects our values. Often it just reflects our habits. Habits form long before we ever examine them.
What you repeat becomes who You are. Not what you intend. Not what you post. What you repeat.
This is where self-assessment gets uncomfortable because behavioural patterns are visible to everyone around us, even when they're invisible to us.
This week: pick one behaviour you do on autopilot. Ask where it came from. Drop it below — we're building this together.
