The Mourning Walk™ is a gentle, heart-centered community for those navigating grief and loss. Together, we walk—literally and symbolically—through the process of healing. Each week’s walk blends movement, mindfulness, and meaningful conversation. Guided by a certified grief coach and death doula, participants receive weekly prompts and reflections designed to inspire awareness, connection, and renewal. Through shared steps and stories, we create space for healing, hope, and wholeness. You don’t have to walk alone.
