Welcome to the HQ. This isn’t just a $29/month course. It’s your new command center for leveling up in every area of life. If you’re here, that means you’ve decided to stop playing small. Now it’s time to move like it.
- 01 Respect the Mission
This isn’t a place for trolls, lazy excuses, or spam. Every member is here to improve. You don’t need to be perfect here. But you do need to be serious. Ask real questions and give insights here. This is a brotherhood.
- 02 — Post With Purpose
Don’t just dump random stuff that's only farming likes. Post wins, questions, or insights. If you’re stuck, don't be ashamed to ask for help but show effort. Give value, and you’ll get it back tenfold.
- 03 — No Freeloading
You’re in a paid system. You’re here to apply, not just watch. The more you engage here with comments, wins, updates. The faster you grow. Ghosting won’t get you results.
- 04 — Stay On Track
Don’t skip modules. Don’t just binge, apply what you've learned. Follow the system step-by-step or else it won't work.
- 05 — Be Sharpened by Others (Proverbs 27:17)
Iron sharpens iron. Don’t take feedback and critics personally. Learn from others. Provide input too. Call out other members for their mistakes with respect.

What’s inside stays inside. This isn’t some public YouTube video. If you leak anything from Glow Up Capital, you’re out. Non-negotiable.
- 07 — Use the Wins Channel
Whether it’s your first skincare improvement or a major habit streak, post it. Momentum compounds. Sharing your progress inspires the whole group to grow.
- 08 — Ask Better, Get Better
If you’re asking for help, give context. Be clear. What did you try? What’s not working? Don’t just say “how do I glow up?”. Be specific. Effort in = better answers out.
- 09 — Own Your Results
Your success is on you. We gave you the blueprint. Don’t blame the system if you’re not following it. This place will works if you do.
- 10 — Level Up in Silence
Not everything needs to be broadcasted outside. Some of your biggest wins will happen behind the scenes. Stay low, post it here and move with intention, and let the results speak for themselves.
