EMOM 20 (Every Minute On the Minute)
At the start of each minute complete:
- Minute 1: 12 Burpees
- Minute 2: 20 Jump Squats
- Minute 3: 15 Pike Push-ups (or regular push-ups)
- Minute 4: 40 High Knees (20 each leg)
Repeat this 5 times for a total of 20 minutes.

Complete in one go:
- 2-minute Wall Sit
- 1-minute Hollow Hold
- 1-minute Side Plank (left)
- 1-minute Side Plank (right)
