EMOM 20 (Every Minute On the Minute)
At the start of each minute complete:
  • Minute 1: 12 Burpees
  • Minute 2: 20 Jump Squats
  • Minute 3: 15 Pike Push-ups (or regular push-ups)
  • Minute 4: 40 High Knees (20 each leg)
Repeat this 5 times for a total of 20 minutes.
💥 Finisher
Complete in one go:
  • 2-minute Wall Sit
  • 1-minute Hollow Hold
  • 1-minute Side Plank (left)
  • 1-minute Side Plank (right)
Challenge: Can you finish the full 20 minutes without missing a minute?
