I wanted to make a transparent post because this community has changed a lot since I first started it. When I launched The Middleman Agency Blueprint, the goal was to teach people how to start and scale an agency using outsourcing and white-label fulfillment. I still believe that model works, and it's actually how many successful agencies are built. However, over the last few months, I've spent a lot of time thinking about where my own strengths are and what type of business I genuinely want to build long-term. After a lot of testing, learning, and working through different business models, I've decided to pivot my focus heavily toward personal brands, YouTube growth, content systems, and inbound client acquisition. The reason is simple: I believe personal brands are one of the biggest opportunities online right now. Instead of relying entirely on ads, cold outreach, referrals, or partnerships, a strong personal brand can become an acquisition channel that generates authority, trust, opportunities, and clients for years. It's also where I naturally have the most interest and where I believe I can create the most value. This doesn't mean everything you've learned here becomes irrelevant. In fact, many of the same business principles still apply: • Client acquisition • Sales • Offers • Positioning • Fulfillment • Systems • Scaling The vehicle is just changing. Course Update Loading
Appreciate everybody that joined The Middleman Agency Blueprint early. Right now the course includes the “7 Day Fast Start,” but over the next few weeks I’ll be heavily expanding the community with: - funnel builds - VSL walkthroughs - ad setup training - outreach systems - onboarding systems - sales training - scaling systems - hiring & backend automations I also want to clarify: When I launched the course, I was transparent that I didn’t come from a media buying background, which is why I pointed people toward proven experts for advanced fulfillment & ads. That transparency isn’t changing. But as I continue scaling and learning deeper parts of the process, I’ll also be documenting exactly how I would personally set up ads, funnels, lead generation systems, and scale this model step-by-step. In the future, once the community grows to around 500–1000 members, I also want to start doing: - live sales training calls - live consulting/Q&A calls - agency troubleshooting sessions - community coaching calls so people can get real help starting and scaling their agencies. I believe in being transparent—I have not run ads specifically for my agency model, so rather than give incomplete or inaccurate guidance, I point you to proven experts who specialize in that area.
