🚧 Small Friction Becomes Big Exhaustion
One thing I’m realizing while building Microverse:
A lot of business owners don’t actually need more motivation.
They need systems that reduce friction.
Today I caught myself creating unnecessary steps by emailing MVP demo videos as zip files instead of simply uploading them as an unlisted YouTube link.
Tiny adjustment.
Huge difference.
Less friction for me.
Less friction for the interviewee.
Faster workflow.
Cleaner process.
Building this platform is teaching me that sustainable businesses are often built through small operational refinements, not just big ideas.
Sometimes growth looks like noticing what’s unnecessarily heavy and simplifying it.
