One thing that’s already standing out is this:
The goal isn’t to build a product. The goal is to learn what customers actually value as quickly as possible.
That hit home because I’ve been spending the last couple of months interviewing beauty and wellness business owners, trying to understand their real problems instead of assuming I already know the answers.
