positive mindset
Here's the thing you will never always have the outlook of positivity. Things are going to go wrong, they are going to be hard and you are going to need to overcome those hardships. The reframe is not about not having bad days. It's about not letting the bad days get you down. Today, was probably one of the hardest days I've had in a long time. It seemed everything I came across was an issue facing me head on. The anxiety was over the top and the pressure was insane. For me, I know I'm good at what I do and I know hardships are in the nature of the work. My, 'I'm a badass' mentality took me from near tunnel vision anxiety attack to... No, I am good at this and nobody's tone, attitude, or comments are going to defeat me. My message to you today is all about being certain and trusting in yourself. You know what you are capable of. Nobody gets to make you feel like you aren't! How do you pull yourself out of a spiral on your toughest days? Drop your strategies in the comments below. 👇

Don't Stop Three Feet Short
Happy Friday! Huge win to celebrate this week—our community is growing. Building out in the open and leading from the front is intimidating, but authority isn't about being comfortable. It’s about taking the mic anyway. As we head into the weekend, I want to leave you with a quick story. Back in the Gold Rush, a guy named R.U. Darby found a vein of gold, bought heavy equipment, and started mining. Then the vein ran dry. Frustrated, he quit and sold all his equipment to a junk man for a few hundred bucks. The junk man didn't just react—he brought in an engineer to look at the ground. They found the gold just three feet from where Darby stopped drilling. Darby quit right before the payoff. The junk man made millions. Here’s your reminder for the weekend: When the momentum feels slow, or you feel the urge to pull back because it's hard—do not stop three feet short of your gold. Stop reacting to the temporary silence. Hold the chaos differently, stick to your vision, and keep drilling. You're closer than you think. Let’s build!

The Fine Line Between Intuition and Excuses
Had someone ask how to know the difference between leaning in to fight that discomfort and listening to the intuition... Here’s a hard truth: a lot of us use 'trusting our intuition' as a disguise for staying comfortable. Real intuition is quiet, calm, and grounded. It’s that deep gut check that tells you when something truly isn't aligned. Self-doubt? It’s loud, anxious, and full of excuses. It's the voice that convinces you to wait until 'Monday,' or until you 'feel ready.' Radical self-accountability means calling yourself out on the difference. It’s honoring what you said you were going to do—even on the days you don't feel like doing it. Stop letting fear masquerade as intuition. Lean in, do the work, and bet on yourself. The 3-Second Filter Next time you catch yourself hesitating on a goal, ask yourself these three questions: Where do I feel this? Intuition is a steady, neutral weight in your gut. Fear is a tight, restless flutter in your chest or shoulders. Is it protecting my peace or my comfort zone? Intuition protects your energy and values. Fear protects you from looking silly, making a mistake, or feeling uncomfortable. What is the quietest voice in my head saying? Silence the panic for five seconds. The first calm thought beneath the noise is usually the truth. Your Challenge Today: Pick one thing you’ve been putting off under the phrase "I'm just waiting for the right time." Do five minutes of it right now. Bet on yourself and show fear who's driving.

🟢 The Edge of Comfort is the Green Light
That micro-second delay right before you hit post, make the call, or speak your truth? That hesitation isn’t a warning sign to retreat. It’s your green light. Most of us were conditioned to treat discomfort as a red light—a signal to pull back, play it safe, and recalibrate. But when you’re actively rewiring your mindset and stepping into higher alignment, the edge of your comfort zone is where the real signal lives. If it doesn’t make you sweat a little, it’s just repetition. Discomfort is simply the physical sensation of growth breaking through old conditioning. Why the Edge Feels Like Fear When you reach the boundary of what’s familiar, your nervous system interprets novelty as threat. That anxiety isn't telling you “you aren't ready”—it's telling you “you've reached the end of who you used to be.” When you feel that pull to back off, that's the exact moment you have to lean the hell in. The Pull Back: Comfort, safety, predictable outcomes, zero growth. The Lean In: Raw connection, authority, real impact, expanding your capacity. How Reps Build Momentum You don't wait for confidence to take action. Confidence is the byproduct of reps. Every time you lean in, you prove to your nervous system that you survived the edge. Momentum builds not from massive, perfect leaps, but from repeatedly hitting that edge and leaning forward anyway. Over time, what used to feel like overwhelming anxiety turns into excitement. The edge stops being a barrier and becomes your baseline. 💬 Let’s get real in the comments today: Where in your life or content are you currently feeling that friction/pull-back? What is ONE rep you can take today to lean straight into it? Drop it below. Let’s hold each other accountable to green lights only today. 👇
