Notice what tightens your body.
Notice what accelerates your breath.
Notice where your attention collapses ou
Do nothing about it.
No story.
No correction.
No self-soothing.
Power is not reclaimed by reaction.
It is reclaimed by remaining present when the body wants to flee.
If you can stay, the trigger dissolves. If you leave, it repeats.
