Todays group call - what a magical hour
Hey lovely souls,
So there won't be a recording of the group call today. Mainly because it was just such a lovely space where people shared their vulnerabilities, joys, frustrations, hopes, tips (e.g You don't have to sit on a cactus! 🌵 - you legend) and love for their dogs. I did guide a meditation at the end, but I might just record it as an ongoing tool and put it in the resource section.
So yeah, I'm beyond grateful for everyone showing up and helping me with this movement. I deeply believe in my heart that the world will be a better place if we use the love for our dogs as a way to stay present, kind and strong. Especially in times like this. So thank you from the bottom of my heart , , for joining me this morning and creating such a lovely space. 🙏🏼💛
