- Smile, breathe, and let yourself acknowledge your effort without judgment.
Step 4: Nourishing Intention (1 minute)
- Whisper or think: “I choose to nurture myself today. I honor my feelings, my needs, and my energy.”
- Visualize a soft glow surrounding you — protective, comforting, and warm.
Optional:
- Place a sticky note somewhere visible: “I am enough. I nurture me.”
