I’m My Own Inner Authority
I trust myself to make decisions that honor who I am becoming. I no longer second-guess what I feel, what I see, or what I know. I am safe in my own choices.I am grounded in my own wisdom. I release the need for outside validation and return to my own inner authority. Every time I choose myself I strengthen my trust in me. I am clear. I am aligned. I am the authority of my life. Today’s Exercise: Identify one thing you can depend on yourself for—and own it. No shrinking. No second-guessing. This is where your self-trust lives. Share it below if you feel led. 😊
Week 8 - Chat Therapy - Self Trust
You keep asking… “Can I trust again?” Wrong question. Can you trust yourself now? Because healing isn’t just about what they did. It’s about who you became while surviving it. The second-guessing.The overthinking. The need for validation before you move… That’s not confusion. That’s disconnection. And this week… we’re fixing that. No more outsourcing your power. No more abandoning yourself to keep the peace. You’re the authority now. Period.

I Did That…
Today is about building evidence that you can trust yourself. At the end of your day, write down 3 decisions you made that honored you. Keep it simple: - I rested when I needed to - I said no without guilt - I listened to my body - Nothing big. Nothing performative. Just real. Then read them back and say: “I did that. That was me trusting myself.” Let it land. Reflection - Why do I minimize showing up for myself? - What changes if I give myself credit? Self-trust isn’t loud. It’s built in small moments…when you actually choose you. 😘

It’s TIME to RELEASE THE DELUSION…
Hey Beautiful, I know what it feels like to hold onto potential… to see who he could be and stay longer than you should. I’ve done that. I’ve told myself, “Maybe this time.” I’ve loved a version of a man that never actually showed up. I’m telling you the truth, I had to tell myself... You’re not stuck on him. You’re stuck on the story. The potential. The “maybe this time.” The version of him that never actually showed up. And you keep calling that love. It’s not. It’s a loop. And every time you go back… You reset the cycle. At some point, you’ve got to be real... He already showed you what this is. We just didn’t want to accept it. So now we’re doing something different. Release the Delusion: 21-Day Detox starts May 9. The first-ever class on breaking the cycle and reclaiming your power from romantic delusion. We’re not fixing him. We’re fixing ourselves. We’re breaking the pattern. Tap the link to stop the cycle. https://www.skool.com/the-love-rehab-collective-7438/classroom/1c56b599
