1-Minute Reset (Do this daily)
Pause.
Put one hand on your chest.
Take a slow breath in…
and a longer breath out.
Then say:
“I am safe in calm. I don’t need chaos to feel something.”
Sit in that for one minute.
No phone. No distraction.
That’s it.
Peace is built in small moments
