Operator rule #4:
What you tolerate becomes the standard. ⚠️
If missed steps have no consequence,
missed steps will continue.
That doesn’t mean yelling.
It means clear expectations + consistent follow-up. 🛠️
Operators don’t threaten.
They document, coach, and correct.
And if behavior doesn’t change,
the standard doesn’t change either.
Accountability isn’t conflict.
It’s leadership.
