Start here: Welcome to The Living Mirror 🌍🌞🌙🌟❤️
Hi 🙋‍♀️ I’m Julie — founder of Intuology and your guide within this space 🙋‍♀️ My work helps women reconnect with their body so they can trust themselves again. Many women arrive here feeling overwhelmed, unsure what their body needs, or stuck in patterns of pushing through and overriding themselves. This is a space to slow down, reflect, and begin listening to the wisdom of your body again. Through rhythm, regulation and reflection, you start to come back to yourself. There’s no pressure here to rush or figure everything out. You might feel a lot. You might feel very little. Both are completely fine. If you’re new, begin with Day 1 of Rooted in Readiness and move through in order:👉 https://www.skool.com/the-living-mirror-5321/classroom/a9971bca?md=40691ac53a814e36927bb5e7500deef2 This will give you a feel for how to work within this space. Exploring The Living Mirror: Once you’ve settled in, you’ll find different spaces to explore 🌍 Right here 🤗 in our Welcome & Chat space 👋 This is your cosy corner to settle in, say hello, and start connecting. Share your experiences, ask questions, celebrate your wins, and get to know the community. The Mirror Speaks is where I share reflections and insights. Awareness, Connection, Integration, and Rhythms & Cycles each hold different aspects of this journey. Move through them in your own time, following what feels right for you. There’s no rush, just gentle curiosity and presence. For now, if you have any questions, pop them here. And, if you feel comfortable, introduce yourself below 👇 and share one thing your body has been asking for lately. 🙏 We’re so glad you’re here! ✨

Do you speak body? 🙄
I've been reflecting on something that happened at Sunday’s Summer Fete. A lady came for Facework and before we even began she was worried about the language barrier. She was concerned she wouldn't understand me, and that I wouldn't understand her. I smiled: "The body will speak." And naturally it did. That moment has been sitting with me ever since because it made me realise something: So many of us think the language barrier is out there. What if it's actually here? What if we've simply never been taught how to understand the language of our own body? We've all heard: "Listen to your body." "Trust your intuition." But if it were that simple, we'd all be nailing it. Maybe the problem isn't that your body isn't speaking. Maybe you've never been shown how to understand what it's saying. That's exactly what we're going to be exploring together over the coming weeks. Not by trying harder. Not by fixing yourself. But by learning a different way of relating to yourself through the face, the seasons and the rhythms of nature. I'm creating a private 28-day container for those who want to explore this more deeply. It's a space with more structure, more guidance and more support, because I want to give this conversation the time, attention and dedication it deserves. If this has resonated, I'll be sharing more over the coming days. I'd love you to come and explore it with me 🙏 P.S. If you'd like to spend a little more time with this idea, I've shared the full reflection here (PDF attached). There's also a small exercise I'd love you to try. If you do, come back and tell me what you discovered.

Full Moon Fallout 🌕😂
Do you notice anything during the full moon? Aka Summer Season 🌞 For me it's not being able to sleep 😴 My husband on the other hand came home last night totally ungrounded and agitated - a typical case of full moon fallout 🤣🤣🤣 Tell me what, if anything, you've noticed during this full moon transition 🙏🎑
🌗 Autumn Reflection | The Descent
I've just shared this week's reflection with my email community and wanted to bring it here too. I'd love to know whether it resonates with you. As you read, notice what comes up. Have you experienced your own "descent" recently? 🌗 (IYKYK.) Was it through your body, your relationships, your work, or simply a feeling that something within you was asking to be let go? I'd love to hear your reflections below. ❤️ --------------------------------------------- My husband knows.... "Are you feeling wistful?" and whilst he says it with a cheeky grin on his face, he wraps his arms around me, because he knows. Yep, it's the descent. That time when Inner Autumn energy intensifies, drawing us inward, to journey closer to ourselves. The time in between the full Summer sun and the depths of Winter. The transition from light to dark. Where letting go is a gift, which also feels like a curse. And where we meet ourselves at the edge of what was and what will become. Because letting go rarely feels graceful when we're in it. It's messy, it's raw, it's painful, and it can really feel like losing ourselves. And yet really, we're only losing the parts of ourselves that we've outgrown. For us women, this is the luteal stage in the monthly cycle. Where oestrogen dominance is superseded by progesterone. Where the body prepares for its shedding of the uterus lining. In plain English, it's what we commonly refer to as our pre-menstrual phase. This relates also to Peri-Menopause. The time where we journey through all of that on a much wider scale. The microcosm of that short Inner Autumn season becomes a fully lived life experience that can last for many years. I often refer to this time as the "WTF! Phase." 😳 But jokes aside, Inner Autumn isn't just about PMS, as it's widely viewed by society. It's so much more. It's an energetic shift. It's not just about losing hormones, it's about losing certainty. Outdated ways of coping. Identities that no longer fit. It's about our relationship with ourselves, our bodies and our lives beginning to change.

Do you need to become Summer?
I've always found the summer solstice fascinating. For months we've been moving towards it - having more daylight, lighter mornings and longer evenings - and then, when we reach the longest day of the year, the days begin getting shorter again. There's something wonderfully ironic about that to me. That's because nature never stands still Never reaches a destination and stays there. She's constantly moving, constantly changing, constantly transitioning. Which makes me wonder - How much easier would life feel if we stopped expecting ourselves to remain the same all the time? Expecting ourselves to have the same energy, the same motivation, the same needs, the same capacity. Even the same habits and routines, the things we do day in day out. Our bodies are constantly changing too! 🌱 Some days asking for movement. 🏔️ Some days asking for rest. 🌻 Some days asking us to get out there and express ourselves. 🍂 Other days asking us to slow down and listen. And perhaps that's where we sometimes get ourselves into trouble 🙄 When summer arrives, it can be easy to assume we're supposed to feel summery too. Somehow we should have more energy. More motivation. Be doing more. Going out more. But maybe that's not the invitation at all. Maybe the invitation is simply to notice. To notice what's happening around us. To notice what's happening within us. And to recognise that no matter what season is unfolding outside, we can learn to move with the seasons unfolding within us too. Not forcing ourselves to fit the season, but allowing the season to help us better understand ourselves 🌞 Happy Solstice P. S. and 1st Quarter blessings too! 🌓
