The Workout Witch made the news! Check out these very simple exercises the ear pull and the forehead finger glide. These type of small movements can make a huge difference just by adding them into your everyday life. Instead of reaching for the phone adding this to calm down your nervous system. A few people very close to me we worked with these exercises in the beginning of the Workout Witch program and it really helped my nervous system become reconnected with the body.
