Write something
Content Idea Tip: stop searching for ideas. Start observing.
Struggling to find what to post on LinkedIn? Try these 5 simple tricks 👇 1. The Question Method What questions do your colleagues, clients, or juniors repeatedly ask you? Each question can become a post. 2. The Mistake Method What mistake did you make 2 years ago that you wouldn't make today? Share the lesson. 3. The Opinion Method What is one thing people in your industry commonly believe, but you disagree with? Explain why. 4. The Observation Method What did you notice in a meeting, project, interview, or everyday work that others might overlook? 5. The Explanation Method What is something you know well but find difficult to explain to a beginner? Break it down into simple language. Today's challenge: Pick any ONE method and write down 1 post idea. Don't worry about writing the post yet. Just collect the ideas. --------------------------------- Remember: Your everyday experience is a content goldmine. You just need to start noticing it.

Power of right commenting
Lucy is one of the well-known LinkedIn content creators. I sent her connection request, but she did not accept it as I assume she may get 100s of such requests. I engaged with one of her posts meaningfully and openly asked her to accept my request. She accepted in next 3 mins. This is power commenting meaningfully.. I have attached a swipe file for better commenting.

Resource: The Meaningful Post Framework
The structure (5 parts) 1. Hook: One line that makes them stop. "I almost quit my job last year." 2. Context: What was happening? Two or three lines. "We had lost our biggest client. The team was looking at me for answers." 3. Turning point: What changed or what you realised. "Then a junior said something I will never forget." 4. Lesson: What you learned, in one clear line. "Answers do not always come from the top." 5. Bridge to the reader: Make it about them. "Who is the person on your team you have not listened to yet?" ------------------------------------------ Before you publish, check: ☐ Is it written for one specific person? ☐ Did I share my experience, not just advice? ☐ Can I say the lesson in one line? ☐ Would I stop scrolling for this hook? ☐ Does the ending give the reader something to think or do? If you tick all five, post it.
